Entry fees are not transferable.

Entry fees are not refundable other than under the terms of our Covid-19 Cancellation Policy.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY

If Run the Vines scheduled for 4 February 2023 has to be cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, then competitors can opt for one of the following options:

1. Transfer your entry to the 2024 Run the Vines event on 3 February 2024

2. A refund of your entry fee, minus a $15 administration charge.

These options will only be available until 3 February 2024 after which our standard refund and transfer policies will apply.

MEDALS

All finishers receive a Run the Vines medal.

FREE WINE OR JUICE!

All finishers receive a complimentary glass of wine, beer or juice.

PRIZE GIVING: On the Lawn 12.30pm or earlier if everyone has finished
